At SiteWorks, we pride ourselves on the quality of our team, many of whom joined the company back in its beginnings and have worked cohesively to make us what we are today. We are truly a culmination of people who know how to make it happen. Our people are an appreciating asset to the company, for without them and their dedication, we would never be able to continuously realize our desired accomplishments. Regardless of market conditions, SiteWorks has remained committed to keep the key players of our team intact, which has enabled the company to persevere even during the most challenging of economic times.
Since 2004 As a partner with the company, Chris was one of three founders of SiteWorks who has been instrumental in various administrative and business development aspects.
Since 2004 Rob Spoor joined as a partner at the very beginning of SiteWorks and has been extremely influential in growing and managing the operational facets of the company.
Since 2004 From its infancy, partner Don McIntyre was instrumental with the initial financing of SiteWorks and continues to hold an executive oversight position.

Administrative Team
Executive Director of Corporate Affairs Since 2008 Lisa has 20 plus years of accounting/office experience which has allowed her to evolve into the Office Manager position with SiteWorks. Utilizing these acquired skills allows Lisa to manage the accounting and HR departments for SiteWorks, keeping the processes and procedures current with the company needs.
Accounting Manager Since 2012 Cindy has several years of experience in the accounting industry ranging from A/R, Collections, A/P, and Office/Accounting Management. While working at SiteWorks, Cindy has been able to utilize this knowledge to specialize in A/R; processing billings, lien releases, insurance, contract administration and any other tasks the company requires of her.
HR Director Since 2019 Marisela holds a variety of roles within the personnel department for SiteWorks. Her responsibilities include the creation and implementation of all HR policies and programs, while strategically overseeing employee growth and relations. She is on the forefront of development, training and benefits. Being proficiently bilingual and managerially experienced, her communication and leadership skills enables her to interface with all coworkers, making her a key team member.
Accounting Specialist Since 2017 With a degree in Business Administration, Mari began her professional career in the medical industry. After 5 years, she decided to make a change and accepted the opportunity to work at SiteWorks. Her specialty at SiteWorks is Accounts Payable; however, she also assists with additional accounting and HR duties.

Since 2022 Accounts Payable Specialist Mary Sue has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry in the San Francisco Bay Area, Philadelphia, and the Phoenix area. She has worked in administrative, safety, and accounting positions. Mary Sue is currently responsible for accounts payable, lien releases, certificates of insurance, and various other accounting related tasks.
Development Team
Business Development Since 2008 Jeff’s primary role is to establish new and maintain existing business relationships, explore and identify current and future business opportunities and general oversight of estimating and contract administration.
Business Development Since 2015 Cole assists in estimating and contract acquisitions, along with establishing new and maintaining current business relationships.
Purchasing/IT Since 2006 Patrick has over 40 years experience in Arid Lands Horticulture and Arboriculture. He has worked in all aspects of commercial landscape industry. He handles purchasing, communimation, IT and facilities management for SiteWorks. He holds numerous industry certifications and recognitions including being an ISA Certified Arborist.
Project Manager/ Purchasing Agent Since 2023 Lori’s role is plant procurement. She has a 12 year background in Purchasing Management as well as project engineering and is an Arizona Certified Nursery Professional. In addition, 12 years’ experience in all aspects of wholesale nursery and management.
Senior Project Manager Since 2014 Raised in Madison, WI. Graduate of University of Wisconsin La Crosse. Relocated to Phoenix, Arizona in 1993. 21 Years in the Landscape Construction Industry.
Project Manager Joined SiteWorks 2021 Brett comes with many years of commercial landscape management experience.
Project Manager Since 2022 Originally from Northern Arizona, relocating to the phoenix area in 2011. Richard has 12 years’ experience in the commercial landscape industry.
General Superintendent Since 2005 In 2005, Scott Gibson joined SiteWorks as General Superintendent and has been responsible for all field and safety operations in the company's construction division, in addition to his Vice President capacity.
Site Superintendent Since 2006 When Susano Acosta joined SiteWorks in 2006, his extensive field ability enabled him to get promoted from Foreman to Site Superintendent, in a relatively short period of time. Susana has effectively supervised several of the more challenging and “date-certain delivery” projects both in and out of town.
Site Superintendent Since 2015 Javier joined SiteWorks as a Site Superintendent in 2015. Relocating from Tucson, Javier brings 30 plus years of landscape construction experience with him including subdivision, commercial, industrial, public works and schools.

Kent Akbay Since 5/21/2018 Kent is our Project Engineer for our Development division. Kent also supports the sales team, helps manage our fleet vehicles and is a licensed Drone Pilot.
Maintenance Team
General Manager of Maintenance Division In his role at SiteWorks, Dan is responsible for the oversight of the maintenance team, increasing customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Dan received his degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in Turf Management from the University of Minnesota. Prior to SiteWorks, Dan was a Golf Course Assistant Superintendent for eighteen (18) years. He has over eleven (11) years’ experience in landscape operations/personnel management.
Operations Manager of Special Projects and Arbor Division Since 2016 Chris has worked in the Landscape Management industry for 10 years, beginning in the field as a laborer in 2008. His areas of expertise are water management & conservation, customer relations and project management. Chris has the ability to manage any project small or large with a multitude of moving parts, and ensure the expectations of the customer are exceeded.

Chief Estimator Since 2017 Aaron graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 with a Business degree. After nearly 10 years as a Property Manager, Aaron decided to make a career change and came to SiteWorks to work as an Account Manager. Aaron’s unique perspective allows him to be detail oriented and proactive to the needs of the property and client.
Site Superintendent Since 2019 As Field Superintendent, he will be responsible for mentoring and training our field crews in using ALCA's best practices.
